Is Jesus your Lord?
What does it mean to call Jesus “Lord”? While we as believers confess that Jesus is Lord, is He is actually the Lord of our lives?
This message examines the biblical meaning of lordship, and reminds us that every life is governed by one master – either sin, or the Lord Jesus Christ. We are urged then to consider whether our lives actually come under the Lordship of Jesus Christ, being slaves to righteousness and doing the will of the Father no matter the cost, or whether sin and unbelief still hold the throne in our lives. Jesus is calling us to have the faith to submit every part of lives to Him – only then can we discover what true life, freedom and salvation look like. [Speaker: CJ]
